Our story

 Manacor Group is the holding company of a corporate group that owns around 20 companies, all of which are focused on real estate. The most significant assets are shares in companies considered core holdings. In total, the group's assets amount to approximately 1 billion SEK and about 160 employees.


2006 Manacor Group is founded in connection with the establishment of Nordier, and shares are acquired in Gävlesund Fastighets AB.

2008 Nordier is launched with a focus on real estate transactions.

2010 Nordier expands into Property Valuation.
Gävlesund Fastighets AB changes its name to Genova and takes possession of the property Seminariet 1 in Uppsala, Sweden.

2011 Genova initiates its first residential development project, Brf Sommarro in Uppsala, Sweden. 

2013 Nordier launches its leasing operations and opens an office in Malmö, Sweden. 

2014 Genova lists a preference share on Nasdaq OMX.

2016 Stadsnyckeln is founded and acquires its first property on Högbergsgatan 44 in Stockholm, Sweden.

2020 Genova is listed on Nasdaq OMX. Stadsnyckeln initiates development projects in Spain.

2022 Nordier merges with Novi, forming Novier.
Stadsnyckeln sells 11 industrial properties to Företagsparken.

2023 Stadsnyckeln begins production of industrial properties within Närlogistik.

2025 Stadsnyckeln acquires two additional properties in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
