Manacor Group's largest equity holdings are in the companies Genova, Stadsnyckeln, and Novier. Other ownership consists of investments in companies as well as lending.
Genova
Sverige. Genova is a dynamic real estate company with broad expertise across multiple segments of the property market. The company is active in property management, urban development, project development, and real estate transactions in Sweden, and holds a significant building rights portfolio. Genova focuses on property segments that offer the strongest conditions for sustainable and profitable growth at any given time. The current portfolio consists primarily of commercial premises, community service properties, and residential assets in Greater Stockholm and the Uppsala region, as well as in western Sweden.
History
Manacor Group invested in 2006 in the small real estate company Gävlesund Fastighets AB, a spin-off from Malte Månson, today known as Genova Property Group. Manacor Group increased its ownership in Genova in 2010 and 2014. Between 2014 and 2017, Genova took its first steps into the capital market. In 2020, Genova was listed on Nasdaq OMX and today owns properties valued at approximately SEK 12 billion.

Stadsnyckeln
Stadsnyckeln was founded in 2017 and is owned by Manacor Group. Stadsnyckeln is a privately owned real estate company operating in growth regions in Sweden and Spain. Its portfolio consists of commercial properties and development projects. In both Sweden and Spain, the company owns and manages properties and development projects in Stockholm, Uppsala, Halmstad, Norrtälje, and Palma de Mallorca.
History
Stadsnyckeln was established with a focus on developing properties in Sweden's growth regions. The first property was acquired on Högbergsgatan 44 in Stockholm. In 2020, the company expanded into the Spanish market. In 2022, all warehouse and industrial properties in Sweden were sold to Företagsparken. Stadsnyckeln is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manacor Group.

Novier
Novier is a full-service real estate advisory firm, offering expertise ranging from valuation to property management. When Nordier and Novi merged their complementary operations, a comprehensive real estate advisor was formed – Novier. With several specialist areas under one roof, the company creates synergies that drive a stronger flow of assignments and solid growth opportunities. The goal is to be the most professional and personal real estate advisor in Sweden.
History
In 2007, the real estate fund Nordum was wound down. In 2008, the investment bank ABG Sundal Collier entered as a major shareholder, and a new Swedish real estate advisory firm was formed – Nordum – ABG Sundal Collier, which was given the new name Nordier. In 2021, Nordier merged with Novi, one of Sweden's largest independent asset managers of real estate assets. The new company was named Novier and is today one of Sweden's largest independent real estate advisory firms, with approximately 120 employees and a turnover of around SEK 160 million.
